Bespoke exhibition stands

Start with a stand built around your brand, products and show objectives. You approve 3D visuals and detailed drawings before manufacture, then T2's permanent in-house team brings it to life for your show.

Bespoke exhibition stand for Pinarello designed and built by T2 Display

See it before it exists.

Every bespoke project starts with your brief. You are presented with 3D visuals and detailed drawings of your stand, plus a full design proposal visualising the stand with your branding, the layout, the costs, the timescales and any assumptions, before a single panel is cut.

From there, our permanent in-house team of carpenters, electricians and fabricators handcrafts the stand, and the same project lead stays with you from concept to completion, through transport, on-site installation and dismantle.

Common questions

Bespoke stand FAQs

Exhibiting at multiple shows a year? A hybrid modular stand may work harder for your budget.

What do we get before the build starts?
You will be presented with 3D visuals and detailed drawings of your bespoke exhibition stand, along with a full design proposal covering the layout, the costs (initial and ongoing), the timescales involved and any assumptions and conditions.
Who actually builds the stand?
T2 Display's own permanent team of highly skilled carpenters, electricians and fabricators, using traditional methods as well as the latest machinery. Nothing is outsourced to unknown contractors.
Can a bespoke stand include meeting rooms or storage?
Yes. Bespoke stands are designed around your requirements, which can include meeting rooms, store areas, reception counters, display cabinets, AV and touchscreens, and platform floors. Floor platforms range from 38mm to 100mm, with disabled-access ramps considered in the design.
Can the stand be reused at other shows?
Reuse is part of the brief conversation: stands can be designed for reconfiguration and reuse across shows. If you exhibit frequently in different configurations, a hybrid modular stand may also be worth considering.
What sectors have you built for?
T2 Display has worked in everything from cycling to clothing to furniture and lots more, including stands for Pinarello, Soudal, Journeo, Dentally, Software of Excellence, BSA Guns, Parker Knoll and Lely.
