The essentials a stand designer needs: the show and venue, your stand space and its dimensions, which sides are open, your budget, your objectives for the show, products to display, meeting or hospitality areas, storage needs, AV and touchscreen requirements, reception counters, whether you want to purchase or hire, and whether the stand needs to be reused at other shows.

Design approval and the CDM declaration can take up to six weeks, so ideally we are appointed at least two months before the exhibition. Finished artwork is needed four weeks prior to the show. If your show is closer than that, still call: we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

We are based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, in the West Midlands near the NEC Birmingham, and deliver exhibition stands, museum displays and commercial fit-outs throughout England, Wales and Scotland, and worldwide.

We are always happy to sign non-disclosure agreements if needed, so you can share launch plans and unreleased products with confidence.
