Our approach

What you get.

We are a hardworking and friendly team, and our honest, long-term approach keeps our clients coming back for more, year after year.

We are aware that the show is an important event in your calendar and that it provides you with a great platform to generate direct sales, launch new products, build your prospect database and maintain existing client relationships. We would love to be a part of that, so perhaps now is the time to have a fresh, new stand, enhance your brand image and let us help you reach the next level.

Step one

Design.

After obtaining all the information relevant to your stand, the design process begins. We have a team of highly talented designers who will turn your thoughts and ideas into a virtual working stand. You will be presented with 3D visuals and detailed drawings offering different variations, to enable you to visualise your stand before the build process begins.

Step two

Build.

After you have agreed on the design of your stand, the build process will begin. We have a permanent team of highly skilled carpenters, electricians and fabricators who use traditional methods as well as making use of the latest machinery. Your bespoke exhibition stand will be handcrafted to the highest standards, carefully transported to your exhibition venue and constructed paying careful attention to detail.

Timelines & process

What to expect along the way.

How long does an exhibition stand take from brief to show?
Design approval and the CDM declaration can take up to six weeks, so ideally T2 Display is appointed at least two months before the exhibition. Finished artwork is needed four weeks prior to the show.
Who runs the project day to day?
We operate a one-person policy: the same project lead works with you from concept to completion, so nothing is lost between design, build and install.
What happens after the design is approved?
Our permanent in-house team of carpenters, electricians and fabricators handcrafts the stand at our Tamworth workshop, then transports it to your venue, installs it before the show and dismantles it afterwards.
What about platform floors and accessibility?
Floor platforms range from 38mm to 100mm, and disabled-access ramps are considered as part of the design so the stand works for every visitor.
